THAT'S WHY CITATION WAS WRITTEN FOR FAILURE TO ABATE UNIT WITH-IN 30 DAYS GIVEN ON NOV. THE CURRENT (NEW) TENANT DID NOT ANSWER DOOR THIS MORNING FOR RE-INSPECTION OF UNIT. I WILL ASK COURT FOR FINES AND FOLLOW-UP DATE OF 30 DAYS TO DO RE-INSPECTIONS. MANAGERS OFFICE WAS NOT OPEN AT 7:15 AM.
