I WILL ASK COURT FOR FINES AND FOLLOW-UP DATE OF 30 DAYS TO DO RE-INSPECTIONS. MANAGERS OFFICE WAS NOT OPEN AT 7:15 AM.

07/17/2003 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Correction Required MET TENANT AT SITE, I DID REVIEW OF THE UNIT AND FOUND MANY MANY PROBLEMS THAT DO NOT MEET CITY HOUSING CODES: (IE) BROKEN FRONT WINDOW.
SHOWER WALL AND BACK TILE HAS FELL INSIDE TUB, MAJOR WATER DAMAGE AT THE WALL IN THE SHOWER AND BEHIND THE TOLIET , PLASTER LOOSE.
NO SMOKE DET. IN ANY ROOMS.HEATING SYSTEM HAS BURNED-OUT ELECT. OUTLET AND THE TENANT IS FORCED TO USE DROP CORDS IN A HAZARDOUS MANNER TO GAIN HEAT TO THE UNIT, BEDROOM CLOSET IN THE CHILDS ROOM HAS MAJOR DAMAGE TO THE SUB-PANEL WHERE THE MAINT. PEOPLE DID WORK.ELECT. STOVE HAS TWO BUNERS THAT HAVE SHORTED OUT, DUE TO LOOSE GROUNDING.KITCHEN CABNETS ARE IN POOR SHAPE AND IN DIS-REPAIR.
E-FAN IS LOOSE IN THE KITCHEN CAUSING IT TO RUB ON THE INSIDE OF THE CASEMENT.TRASH AND DEBRIES THRU-OUT THE LOTS. ALSO NOTE THE POOL GATES ARE NOT LOCKED AND THE WATER IS DARK BROWN FROM ZERO MAINT. AT SITE.
NOTICE AND ORDER PENDING. I DID SPEAK TO THE MANAGER LAST WEEK ABOUT SOME ISSUE, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO DATE...NOV IS OUT.
