SPOKE WITH OWNER, HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH TENANT FOR CONTRACTOR TO CHECK PLUNBING.OWNER WILLING TO ABATE ALL VIOLATIONS, & WAS NOT AWARE OF ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. WILL TRY TO HAVE CONTRACTOR DO INSPECTION BY 11-6-02. DO FOLLOW UP IN 30 DAYS. |
