12/17/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Observed a property that has an inoperable vehicle parked in the front. The property is vacant and I understand the concern, however, the property was secure from entry and clear of trash, debris, and overgrown vegetation. A couple of neighbors informed me that the owner does visit the property regularly to maintain the grounds. I will send an NOV for the inoperable vehicle and offer a recommendation to continue to maintain the property.
