The property is vacant and I understand the concern, however, the property was secure from entry and clear of trash, debris, and overgrown vegetation. A couple of neighbors informed me that the owner does visit the property regularly to maintain the grounds. I will send an NOV for the inoperable vehicle and offer a recommendation to continue to maintain the property. |
