09/11/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed On site with ES and AG. One balconies between units 130B, 128B, 129B and 127B has been completed removed by a contractor. Tenants were inside of unit 128B with no balcony and safe means of exit. TPD was called to asset the 3 tenants to exit the unit. Inform contractor and office staff a permit is required for the demo and replacing the balcony, stairway etc.
