12/05/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed ON SITE WITH SW GAS AND MANAGEMENT OF THE APARTMENTS. THERE WAS A CONTENT FIRE ON THE INTERIOR STOVE OF UNIT 14-102. CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, AND DRYWALL. SW GAS PINNED THE METER TO THE UNIT AND THE UNIT NEXT TO IT, 14-101. TFD AND TPD WERE NOT ON SITE. TEP WAS CALLED TO BOOT THE METER. UNIT IS CONDEMNED. PERMITS REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS.
