12/05/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site at property. Spoke to property manager. There is an accumulation of trash and debris in alleyway. There are two inoperable burned down trucks with graffiti on them. There are storage containers. He showed compliance will follow up. He stated the homeless are an on going cycle problem for the property.
02/27/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site at property. Violations remain. Spoke to responsible party and stated they understood they are in violation and are responsible for removing the burnt vehicles from the parking lot. Will follow up and send a notice of violation.
