11/28/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Neighbors and representative for one of the sons of the deceased owner on site with a people going into the house. When arriving to the site they have a documentation that is stamped unofficial that the person who was the care giver is the owner of the property. Did go over that no one can be in the house after dark due to lacking all the utilities. Did go over that the house is posted Do Not Enter and have not received any calls to be on the property. The person who did the Notary signing showed and did go over that not able to see any recording documentation on the copies given but does state unofficial documentation. They will both parties go to see attorney's and stated that the property is in probate. Both parties left the site and called Arcaiden Industries to the property to have it secured. 2-3' door resecured.
01/13/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The house is vacant and secured and did talk to the person helping the son get the house back from probate stated that the people trying to get the house have stopped trying to move into the house. They have a hearing on the 19th of this month and will call on the results. Did ask if any more issues on the house being vandalized and they stated no. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
