When arriving to the site they have a documentation that is stamped unofficial that the person who was the care giver is the owner of the property. Did go over that no one can be in the house after dark due to lacking all the utilities. Did go over that the house is posted Do Not Enter and have not received any calls to be on the property. The person who did the Notary signing showed and did go over that not able to see any recording documentation on the copies given but does state unofficial documentation. They will both parties go to see attorney's and stated that the property is in probate. Both parties left the site and called Arcaiden Industries to the property to have it secured. 2-3' door resecured. |
