11/17/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Visited site, knocked on door received no answer, I did find doors, furniture, appliances, construction tools and materials scattered thru out the front yard, rear and side yard areas. I also found overgrown grass and weeds scattered thru out the property but especially the front, side, and rear yard areas. I left a business card on the front door asking owner to please contact. I later received a call thought from the owner and I got the impression from the person that because the property is zoned commercial that he could do what he wanted. I informed him how the NOV works, and the cost of abatement then hung up as the person was being combative.
09/18/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed ORIGINAL ISSUES FOR THIS CASE WERE ABATED. ALL REFUSE AND DEBRIS ON THE CITY LOT SOUTH OF THIS ADDRESS PLACED BY OCCUPANTS AT 473 WAS REMOVED FROM THE CITY LOT. ALL REFUSE AND DEBRIS ON THE FRONT YARD OF THIS PROPERTY AND IN THE CARPORT WAS ALSO REMOVED. A NEW ISSUE WAS CALLED IN ON 9/15/2023 AND WILL BE ADDRESSED UNDER CASE NUMBER 00556
