I also found overgrown grass and weeds scattered thru out the property but especially the front, side, and rear yard areas. I left a business card on the front door asking owner to please contact. I later received a call thought from the owner and I got the impression from the person that because the property is zoned commercial that he could do what he wanted. I informed him how the NOV works, and the cost of abatement then hung up as the person was being combative. |
