RMIN/ Apartment 87-B- Reporting water leak that is coming into the apartment from a different unit. The vinyl on the floor is coming up, they have shop-vacs they are using to suck up the water and they are having to dump buckets of water out. Tenant is disabled and walks with a cane and is afraid they might slip and fall. Apartment complex is aware of water leak but is not doing much or giving them information on what they are trying to do to fix it. Hot water and is making the apartment muggy and they need to have the doors open and there is no AC.
