10/30/2025	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial		In Violation	Emergency Diversion, on site with TPD. Inside of home filled wall-to-wall with trash and debris. Evidence of rodent waste and live rodents visible. Owner is not actively living at the home, TPD was called for welfare check and confirmed no one was living here. Owner is staying at a relatives house currently. Spoke with daughter regarding condemnation of the house and explained what needs to happen for them to reside here again. Southwest gas and TEP were on scene to shut off the gas meter and electric meter. Posted do not enter signs on front window and side gate. Had board up come out to secure one door, two sliding doors and gate that would not lock. Back yard has large piles of trash throughout, and refuse and trash piled in the empty swimming pool. Two JMV's parked in the carport and side yard as well. TPD confirmed property was secure when we left.
12/02/2025	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		In Violation	Inside of home is clean and undergoing a remodel. Due to electrical work, a reconnect permit is required. POA is getting the electrical issues situated so they can get the permit and inspection. Will continue to follow up.
