11/17/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site - Inside of house has been completely emptied and is no longer a hazard. The back yard has been cleaned up as well, just 2 JMVs remain in the front yard. SW Gas needs to do inspection still but I will lift the condemnation to allow electric to be turned on. Extend 2 more weeks.
12/02/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Inside of home is clean and undergoing a remodel. Due to electrical work, a reconnect permit is required. POA is getting the electrical issues situated so they can get the permit and inspection. Will continue to follow up.
12/18/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Spoke with power of attorney holder. Renovation of the house is underway, which includes buttoning up the electrical so they can get the reconnect permit. Will follow up in 2 weeks.
