02/23/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Rental property has several violations: plumbing from shower leaking into the kitchen pantry closet, gas water heatere has been tagged by SWG "No positive seal gas piping after shut off valve". Kitchen light is missing the light globe, drywall in bedroom is missing exposing the plumbing system for the bathtub. Water is leaking from this area. House is a 2 wire electrical system. Several 3 prong outlets have been installed, tile flooring in the living room area is cracked and missing. Electrical disconnect box circuits are not the proper circuits for the electrical disconnect box.
03/13/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Followed up on site. No permits have been pulled for the property. House is now vacant. Called the property mgr and owner. Left a vm requesting for a call back regarding the lack of permits.
