04/28/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Occupant recently rented house. Neighbors alerted occupant about the issues with the house. Occupant requested I re-inspect the house. The plumbing in the shower area where water was leaking into the closet is no longer leaking into the pantry. In the master bedroom closet the drywall that was cut out has been repaired. Light globe installed over light fixture. Electrical is still a violation, water heater installed without a permit.
