The property is being constructed under an active permit for relocation of historical homes from another site. There is also another site at the intersection of 1st St and 2nd Ave by a city contractor. Will review findings with Administration in regards in approval of an after-hour inspection.
12/26/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed After second inspection, new construction has been verified at the rear side of the reported property. No active construction occurring at the time of inspection (10:39am). There is an active permit TC-RES-1124-06669 assigned to 926 N. Bean Ave which is a secondary assigned address for the reported parcel. No noise violations have been confirmed at the location, closing case.
