Job site across the street was inactive at the time of inspection. The property is being constructed under an active permit for relocation of historical homes from another site. There is also another site at the intersection of 1st St and 2nd Ave by a city contractor. Will review findings with Administration in regards in approval of an after-hour inspection. |
