01/19/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Hacienda Motel property with multiple buildings, pool, and office. The structures remain boarded, dilapidated, unrepaired. Chain link fencing surrounds property, but is damaged particularly in the rear. Large amounts of graffiti with a large tag on the second story structure; accumulation of refuse, vegetative debris. Property has been breached in places with the abutting alley full of refuse and debris. Location is an attractive nuisance to area residents with 10 callouts by TPD in past year as well as CE, including previous fire. This is located within 10 schools in a near range. VANS notice will be issued to owner. 01/23/24: notices posted at location.
04/18/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation No compliance at time of inspection; property remains in same dilapidated, unrepaired condition with weeds, refuse, debris, boarded structures, graffiti, lack of repair. NOV removed from front fencing. Citation will be issued.
