Property has been breached in places with the abutting alley full of refuse and debris. Location is an attractive nuisance to area residents with 10 callouts by TPD in past year as well as CE, including previous fire. This is located within 10 schools in a near range. VANS notice will be issued to owner. 01/23/24: notices posted at location. |
