11/03/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed REVISITED SITE, FOUND LEAK IN UNIT 203 TUB HAD BEEN REPAIRED, THE CEILING IN THE HALLWAY OF UNIT 103 WAS REPAIRED, TUB AND TOILET CAULKED, DOOR I THE BATHROOM AND FRONT DOOR WERE BOTH SANDED AND NOW OPEN EASILY, BATHFAN REPLACE, WATER IN BATHROOM AND CARPET HALLWAY WAS EXTRACTED BATHROOM FLOORING OK. UNIT WAS ALSO SPRAYED FOR ROACHES AND OCCUPANT INFORMED THAT HE NEEDED TO CONTACT THE OFFICE WHEN THE UNIT REQUIRED PEST CONTROL. ALL ISSUES HAVE BEEN ABATED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
