I TOLD THEM I NEVER HEARD OF THAT. THE TUB SHOULD BE REPLACED UNLES I DID NOT UNDERSTAND. MANAGER DID ASK OCCUPANTS IN UNIT 203 NOT TO USE THE HALL BATHROOM UNTIL FURTHER NOTIFIED. I MET WITH OCCUPANT IN 103 WHO SHOWED ME HIS BATHROOM I FOUND WHEN I STEPPED ON THE FLOOR MATS THAT MATS WERE SATURATED AND NEEDED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE FLOOR AREA SO THAT LINOLEUM FLOORING DOES NOT BECOME DAMAGED. I FOUND LEAK CAUSE DRYWALL TAPE ABOVE THE TUB WAS COMING OFF THE DRYWALL AND POSSIBLE WET DRYWALL, CAULKING ABOVE THE TILE AND AT THE TUB WAS CRACKING AND CAULKING AT THE TOILET CRACKING. BATHROOM DOOR WAS SWELLED AND DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE. ADDITIONAL ISSUES WERE FRONT DOOR SWELLED AND ROACHES. NOV WAS ISSUED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE TUB IN #203, REMOVE WET DRYWALL ABOVE THE TUB IN #103 TAPE, TEXTURE AND PAINT. REPLACE FAN IN BATHROOM, CAULK TUB, TOILET AND TILE IN TUB SURROUND. REPAIR OR REPLACE FRONT DOOR AND BATHROOM DOOR, AND ORDER PEST CONTROL FOR THURSDAY WHEN THEY COME OUT. MANAGER ORDERED PEST CONTROL WHILE ON SITE AND SENT MAINTANENCE TO REMOVE SATURATED RUGS FROM THE WENT FLOOR IN THE BATHROOM. REGIONAL MANAGER WAS ON SITE AND INFORMED ALONG WITH MANAGER THAT A QUICK TURN AROUND WAS REQUIRED. MAINTENANCE WAS INFORMED OF ALL ISSUES AND TO START REPAIRS ON 10/18 THE FOLLOWING DAY. THERE IS A 2ND BATHROOM THAT OCCUPANT WILL BE ABLE TO USE. FIELD NOV ISSUED ON SITE. |
