10/11/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Rental unit #1405 has a water leak in the north east bedroom in the corner near two electrical outlets. Met w/Mgmt on site. Walked the pool area and the rental unit. Mgmt has hired a Plumbing Company to review and assess the problem. The walls were dry to the touch, the carpet was wet in an area approximately 2 x3 next to electrical outlet. Unplugged tv in the area and had Property Mgmt turn off the electrical service to the bedroom. Advised Property Mgmt to have leak repaired and have an Electrician evaluate the electrical connections in the all where the leaking water is forming on the floor. Let property mgmt know I would follow up later today to verify what actions have been taken since my visit.
07/23/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Property manager called regarding the rental unit #1042. Occupant has been relocated to a nearby hotel. Property is covering the cost of the hotel stay while the rental unit is being repaired. Requested for an e-mail discussing property mgmt's steps taken to address the concern.
