11/07/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Met with manager who stated all work was completed. I then went to unit #108, knocked on door but received no answer I could see the thumb locks placed on the windows. The window screens have window clips to keep windows in place, and the door striker plates and weather strip adjusted. i gave the occupants my card and asked they contact me if issues were not completed or if there were problems. I have not received a call from the occupants with issues. Compliance / Close Case.
11/02/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Visited site, first met with manager who explained the pest control issue has already had the first treatment completed and will have two more follow up treatments, but manager stated they have not been informed of the other issues. I then visited unit #108, occupants confirmed the first pest control treatment was completed and that there were two follow ups. They state that the two front windows were not address and windows not locking. I informed them the owners would probably give them thumb locks to go on the windows and I then checked the front door that needed adjusting of the striker plates and weather strip. Because of the minor issues a NOV will not be required. Met with maintenance, went over the issues, manager stated the issues would be completed by Friday 11/04/2022
