I then visited unit #108, occupants confirmed the first pest control treatment was completed and that there were two follow ups. They state that the two front windows were not address and windows not locking. I informed them the owners would probably give them thumb locks to go on the windows and I then checked the front door that needed adjusting of the striker plates and weather strip. Because of the minor issues a NOV will not be required. Met with maintenance, went over the issues, manager stated the issues would be completed by Friday 11/04/2022 |
