Neighbors concerns as they helped an elderly man in the middle of road back to the home. *Adult Care Home does have an approved CofO under permit T08OT00573 with no observable additions or enclosures since 2008 issuance of CofO. For current licensing for the address to operate an adult care home please contact Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), Bureau of Assisted Living Facilities at (602) 364-2639 as Tucson does not have jurisdiction over the licensing. Since the photos provided display the trash being located in the alley, which is public right-of-way (ROW), please contact Tucson Environmental Services or Department of Transportation & Mobility by calling 311, as Code enforcement does not have jurisdiction over ROWs, only private property. The case will be closed as REFERRED due having an approved CofO for an adult care facility from the City, and not having jurisdiction over the remaining complaints.*
