For current licensing for the address to operate an adult care home please contact Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), Bureau of Assisted Living Facilities at (602) 364-2639 as Tucson does not have jurisdiction over the licensing. Since the photos provided display the trash being located in the alley, which is public right-of-way (ROW), please contact Tucson Environmental Services or Department of Transportation & Mobility by calling 311, as Code enforcement does not have jurisdiction over ROWs, only private property.
