09/24/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Rental unit has a leak in the kitchen ceiling flooding rental unit. TFD shut off the water to building #12 to stop the flood. (Saw occupant in the early am standing outside rental unit with a large dog. Inquired about the flood in his apt. Occupant stated the leak was in his kitchen. Asked where the leak was located. Occupant stated the leak was in the ceiling.) He stated the Fire Dept shut off the water and he mopped up the water. After I completed the paper work I went back to meet with the occupant. Knocked at the door, no answer. Posted notice on front door of rental unit.
