House was shut down in 5/27/25 (CE-VIO0525-02290). Occupant moved back in even though the unit was unfit to live in. Occupant found living in squalor. Reports to APS state interior has rats and roaches, feces inside and out. Exterior yard has excessive tall grass and weeds with refuse in the front and side yard. Exterior smells of feces. Had the entire house secured by Arcadia. Padlocked the back gate.
