09/16/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The tenant provided me a lengthy letter indicating that this issue began in August and the proeprty management has repeatedly pushed off or cancelled a meaningful resolution tothe AC breaking down. Upon my arrival, an A/C repairman was present replcing the condenser of the unit and assured me this would be resolved soon. The temp in one of the primary living spaces was exactly 84 degrees. I will be sneding an NOV allowing for 10 days to fully repair the unit.
