Only 2 appear to be JMVs however, there is a large amount of outdoor storage, trash, and refuse scattered throughout the property. There is also a large commercial box truck parked on the south side of the property.
11/07/2025	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		In Violation	Property is still out of compliance on all counts. I spoke to the owner and he is in the process of leasing a new property to move the vehicles. Being that there is no danger presented by the violations on property, I have agreed to provide him more time.
