Some JMVs were removed or are otherwise compliant. Outdoor storage and commercial vehicle remains. I have left a message for Jose providing a 7 day extension to become compliant before moving to citation. |

Property is still out of compliance on all counts. I spoke to the owner and he is in the process of leasing a new property to move the vehicles. Being that there is no danger presented by the violations on property, I have agreed to provide him more time. |

Nearly all the trash and storage has been relocated. THere are no more JMVs on property. The is a large accumulation of storaage in the northern shade structure and a box truck parked on the south end of the property. The owner is trying to rent spaces that he can relocate these items to. I have provided for a final extension of 30 days to 1/9/26. |
