The trailer at the north end of the property just east of the rear gate entrance has an energized electrical lighting fixture. According to available aerials these structures have been at the location prior to 1998 without zoning approvals or applicable permits. Action necessary to correct and compliance time: Within 30 days: obtain and secure all required zoning approvals and or permits in issued status for the added structures without permits. All work must be inspected and approved by the city of Tucson. The new site plan must depict the property drawn to standards and submitted for review, along with all the existing structures on the property. If unable to have the new site plan approved the property must conform to the last approved site plan, and all non-permitted structures must be removed. |
