Spoke with owner. He went to PDSD office and spoke with Lead Planner Gabriel Sleighter, who explained that due to timeframe of when the trailer was installed, being prior to 1998, that it is legally non-conforming and does not need permits since there is no work being done or planned on the trailer. There are no safety hazards related to the trailer, therefore the case can be closed. CLOSE CASE. |
