09/03/2025	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial		In Violation	On site a property, with TPD, TEP, COT Contractor, Owner of dwelling unit and property manager assistant. Dwelling unit 119 is unfit for human habitation. Unit is unsanitary. There is excessive trash and smell throughout the unit. Plumbing is questionable. Unit has many electrical defects, such as compose open wiring. Unit has excessive deterioration and interior structure damages. Dwelling Unit does not have proper cooling, room temperature is well above 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Condemnation. Called TEP to boot the meter. TEP booted the meter. COT contactor bordered up the broken windows. Gas meter is not Southwest Gas. Notice of emergency abatement and order to vacate form signed by on site assistant property manager. Permits required.
12/02/2025	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		In Violation	SPoke to the property management company, they indicated that they have finally taken ownership of the property that the tenant surrendered. Thye are working with a demo contractor who will procure permits. That process will begin 15 days after alerting the neighbors of the demo, 12/18. Follow up 1/30
