Unit has many electrical defects, such as compose open wiring. Unit has excessive deterioration and interior structure damages. Dwelling Unit does not have proper cooling, room temperature is well above 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Condemnation. Called TEP to boot the meter. TEP booted the meter. COT contactor bordered up the broken windows. Gas meter is not Southwest Gas. Notice of emergency abatement and order to vacate form signed by on site assistant property manager. Permits required. |
