08/27/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Storm pulled off the roof to apartment bldg. This resulted in pulling off bricks, metal plumbing yanked off the wall , gas meter damage located behind apartment bldg between apartment and neighboring home. Apt bldg evacuated. House evacuated. Contacted TEP, SWG. Taped off the area documented damage. Exterior electrical is underground services are not damaged. Interior electrical services exposed to water. Plumbing system is damaged. Shut off electrical services at the meter. Completed notice to vacate, permits required. Contacted the owner regarding the storm damage, License Contractor, Electrician and Plumber required to repair under permit. Occupants moved out while on site. Posted all 8 rental units with a notice to vacate, permits required and do not enter unsafe.
