09/11/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Met with occupant at rental unit. Property Manger did not show up. Occupant states they are moving out at the end of the month. VIOLATIONS identified: Kitchen sink has a leak under the sink, kitchen cabinet is detaching from the wall, weather stripping around the front door is missing, bathroom sink is clogged, bathroom door screws are loose at the top end of the door, smoke detector inoperative, top corner of the bathroom ceiling paint is bubbled, bedroom door frame cracked, fire extinguisher located outside rental 5759 E. 28th St. is missing, outdoor electrical outlets are covered with tape. One of the outlet is burned. Outlets missing weather protective cover. Electrical raceway is missing a knock out. Rental unit has two broken windows, exterior rental property has refuse scattered. Household items all being stored outside at the rental property.
