VIOLATIONS identified: Kitchen sink has a leak under the sink, kitchen cabinet is detaching from the wall, weather stripping around the front door is missing, bathroom sink is clogged, bathroom door screws are loose at the top end of the door, smoke detector inoperative, top corner of the bathroom ceiling paint is bubbled, bedroom door frame cracked, fire extinguisher located outside rental 5759 E. 28th St. is missing, outdoor electrical outlets are covered with tape. One of the outlet is burned. Outlets missing weather protective cover. Electrical raceway is missing a knock out. Rental unit has two broken windows, exterior rental property has refuse scattered. Household items all being stored outside at the rental property.
10/22/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Followed up. Found people on site working at property!!! Fire extinguisher installed. Owner is working on locating a Licensed Electrician / Plumber. Broken windows replaced, Refuse removed off the ENTIRE lot! Outdoor storage all removed!!!
12/05/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Contacted Owner/Manager for the property. Knock out on the raceway is missing. This needs to be installed.
