09/10/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation There is a gold tone grand am that is inoperable with a flat tire on the property. There is a dismantled black motorcycle that is inoperable on the property. There is furniture, building material and other miscellaneous items being stored in a non-code compliant manner on the property. (Front, side, and rear yard) There is trash and debris of non-monetary value on the property. The tenant on the property turned on the west side hose bib to show there is water on the property. The front light fixture to the main door entrance was illuminated indicating active power.
11/10/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed All inoperable vehicles have been removed from the property. All items have been removed from the front yard, all trash and debris has been loaded into a roll off dumpster. Utility services have been reinstated, by the new property owner. The rear yard chain link fence has been screened with privacy material. Closing case.
