09/15/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation It has been reported that the unfit to occupy placard was removed, and the home was being occupied during the weekend. Upon arrival, it was confirmed the unfit to occupy placard was removed and being occupied against issued orders. After reviewing utilities, it was confirmed there was no legal service at the location. Tucson Police assisted with notification of occupants, occupants abandon the property leaving the residence unsecured. Tucson Police cleared the interior of the residence and Code Enforcement secured both doorways with screws to prevent unauthorized entry. Property was reposted unfit to occupy
11/10/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed All inoperable vehicles have been removed from the property. All items have been removed from the front yard, all trash and debris has been loaded into a roll off dumpster. Utility services have been reinstated, by the new property owner. The rear yard chain link fence has been screened with privacy material. Closing case.
