Case: CE-VIO0824-03091
Case Details
Status:
Closed - Resolved
Type:
PMMULT - This truck with large I-beams has been parked in the front driveway for well over a year, possibly JMV. The white box truck that can be seen thru side gate now seems to have someone living in it. There are other vehicles which have not moved in a while. Outdoor storage and a tunnel dug under the home for some plumbing issue and it was never filled in, so it now contains standing water and mosquitos. The backyard is full of junk including 3 vehicles: a dump truck, a van, and the box truck, all JMV. There are 2 vehicles in the front yard that don't run and a large trailer loaded with steel beams. That trailer and the truck it is attached to haven't moved in well over a year. - Ward 2

| 08/08/2024 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | Completed | Observed an accumulation of trash and debris on the property in the front and rear. Also observed several inoperable vehicles on the property in the front and rear. I did not observe any individuals living inside of the box truck that was parked on the property. | |
| 06/13/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | Completed | The property was cleaned at my direction by a city contractor. One full roll off of trash and debris were cleared form the property in the front and rear. Two of the vehicles, including the commercial box truck and another vehicle were also removed from the property at the owners direction after I informed him to do so. Some items were left behind because the contractor does not remove items like large piles of bricks, large steel beams, and certain hazardous materials like used oil. The case has a one year abatement order in place. |
