The property was cleaned at my direction by a city contractor. One full roll off of trash and debris were cleared form the property in the front and rear. Two of the vehicles, including the commercial box truck and another vehicle were also removed from the property at the owners direction after I informed him to do so. Some items were left behind because the contractor does not remove items like large piles of bricks, large steel beams, and certain hazardous materials like used oil. The case has a one year abatement order in place. |
