| 07/21/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | Passed | Department of Environmental Quality for Pima County (DEQ), complained about owners of this gas station. Complaint states owner installed flammable &and combustible liquid replacing existing dispensers. Contacted Store Owner regarding the complaint. Owner states he hasn't replaced anything new. Complaint was also sent to Planning and Development Services Department. PDSD reviewed their records finding that the owners applied for a propane tank in 2017, later withdrew the application. Records also indicate they got a permit from the Fire Department for the install of a 1150 upright propane tank dispenser. Unsure about the difference between the two permits. Will contact both PDSD and TFD to understand exactly what is required and why before sending out an NOV if necessary. | |
| 07/21/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | Passed | Contractor completed the permitting process for the Fire Dept permit requirement(TF-FCP-1024-00894 & TF-FCP-1024-01200). Next step... Contractor must obtain a combo permit for the propane tank from PDSD. |
