09/12/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 912 AM - Prior to arrival, did call tenant who stated she was at home. Arrived and knocked two times, there was no answer. Called, spoke to tenant, who said she was at work and gave me a phone number of a family member she said was on the way. The family member did arrive and provided access. There is an active water leak on the exterior side wall in the kitchen. Water is pooled on the floor in the kitchen. Drywall and paint damage on the wall and the soffit above the kitchen counter. Spoke to property manager on site, advised 30 days for repairs. -VM
01/26/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 304 PM - Contact w/ maintenance supervisor on site, drywall has been repaired and repainted in the kitchen. Drywall in this area was not wet, no signs of leaks in the area. Maint supervisor did state the leak was previously fixed. Violations abated, close case. -VM
