Called, spoke to tenant, who said she was at work and gave me a phone number of a family member she said was on the way. The family member did arrive and provided access. There is an active water leak on the exterior side wall in the kitchen. Water is pooled on the floor in the kitchen. Drywall and paint damage on the wall and the soffit above the kitchen counter. Spoke to property manager on site, advised 30 days for repairs. -VM |
