There is a hole into the drywall in the spot below the pipe. There is a large section of wall in bedroom from ceiling to floor where drywall is soft and paint is bubbling. Spoke with property manager on site. Issue 30 day notice. -VM
10/04/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 1059 AM - Reinspected with tenant on site. Storage room has been repaired, drywall has been replaced in entire room and ceiling. Bedroom wall has been repaired and repainted. Carpet also replaced in this room. Violations abated, will close case. -VM
