227 PM - Drywall is soft in the storage room where a gutter pipe comes down from second floor and exits to the exterior of the building. There is a hole into the drywall in the spot below the pipe. There is a large section of wall in bedroom from ceiling to floor where drywall is soft and paint is bubbling. Spoke with property manager on site. Issue 30 day notice. -VM |
