07/22/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Citation came back undelivered. Re-inspected property to see if the violations were removed. While on site I met w/Property Manager "Amber" on site and discussed the citation, notice of violation, mailing, Pima County Assessor. Walked the property and pointed out the various violations. Obtained Property Managers e-mail address. On 12/11/23 e-mailed the Property Manager the notice of violation along with a follow up date.
